This agreement is made, and hereby entered into, on this ___day of ______,20__by and between Sarah Otero hereafter referred to as " Seller", and
_____________________________,(hereafter refered to as ("Buyer"), for the purpose of setting fourth the terms and conditions of the purchase of the Buyer of a purebred English Mastiff from a litter whelped on ____
out of:

1.The Seller agrees to sell and the Buyer agrees to buy one (check appropriate line)____male ____female
puppy from the above described litter. This is designated as ______Working Quality____Pet Quality (check appropriate line).
2.The Seller warrants the above described puppy is in good health and free of communicable diseases at the time Buyer assumes ownership. Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian within
72 hours of receipt of the puppy. Proof of inspection will be required prior to Seller forwarding any registration papers to Buyer.
3.The Buyer is completely satisfied and waives any and all claims regarding the puppy's conformation and outward appearance.
4.Buyer agrees that any and all transportation costs, to and/or from the Seller's premesis , will be at the Buyers cost and the sole responsibility of the Seller.
5.The Buyer agrees to maintain preventative health care of the puppy including but not limited to: appropriate inoculations, internal as well as external external parasites, and heartworm prevention medication. Further
the puppy will be fed a premium brand dog food to ensure proper nutrition.
6.The Buyer agrees to maintain preventative care of the puppy in reguards to hip displaysia. This includes providing proper nutrition exercise, and preventing stress injuries.
7.Ownership of the puppy shall be transferred to the Buyer for the sale price of $_______/w shipping_$w/o shipping______, to be paid in full on or before _________ A deposit in th amount of US$________ was
received on _______by Seller . A balance due of US$_________ must be received before the puppy be removed from the premisis. If the balance is left unpaid by _________this agreement shall be cancelled and
the Buyer shall forfeit the deposit given hereunder.
8.The Buyer agrees that should it become necessary to sell or otherwise place this puppy, the Buyer will notify the Seller before talking such action so that the Seller can have first option to re-purchase the puppy. The
Buyer is free to name the selling price. Upon notification, the Seller shall have 14 working days to exercise said re-purchase option. Exercise shall be notice in writing sent to the Buyer.
9.The Buyer agrees that the Seller may repossess the animal upon evidence of criminal neglect and/or abuse at no expense to the Seller, and no refund of any monies shall be made.
10.The Buyer agrees that the puppy will not at any time be tied-out for purposes of day-to -day containment(except training). A suitable kennel,run or fenced in yard, with proper shelter must be provided at all times, or
the buyers home residence shall be the home of the dog. Be advised that proper fence heights should equal or exceed 6 feet, and kennel runs should be equipped with roofs.
11.Should the Buyer be unable to properly keep this puppy at any time during it's life, the buyer may forfeit ownership to the Seller. The Seller will take the puppy back and see to it that it is properly card for until
another suitable home can be found. No refund of any monies to the Buyer is expressed or implied should the Buyer exercise this forfeiture option.
12.Alteration of the animal sexually is not required but strongly suggested. Buyer agrees that female animals will not be bred under any circumstances until the animal reaches 22 months of age.
13.Should the Buyer at anytime during the life of the animal for any reason place the animal for any reason without expressed written consent from the Seller an agreement termination fee of $10,000 dollars US will
be paid to the Seller.
This Agreement is made and signed by both parties to insure the well being and protection of this animal. If any part of this Agreement is breached, the Seller is released from any further obligations hereunder. Should
the Seller prevail in legal action against the Buyer for violations of this Agreement, the Buyer will assume any and all attorney costs and court fees. This contains the entire agreement between the parties and is a
legally binding contract.
